In general, BigPond Music downloads work with most portable devices that support secure WMA files, but there may be some exceptions.

When shopping for a new device, look on the box for the Certified for Windows Vista logo. Microsoft has a list of the devices that are officially Certified for Windows Vista. For a list of compatible devices visit Microsoft's Top Portable Media Devices or check this page.

If your Windows Media compatible device does not work with BigPond Music, you may need an updated device driver or firmware. Device drivers and firmware may be obtained from the manufacturer of your portable music player or from the Microsoft Web site mentioned above.
